Description:
A reduction device driven by human force to reduce the force required for manual operation of the valve is usually available in two types: multi-turn and partial turn. Description:
Pneumatic actuator is an actuator that uses air pressure to drive open, close or adjust the valve. It is also known as pneumatic actuator or pneumatic device, but it is commonly known as pneumatic head.
Pneumatic actuators are sometimes equipped with certain auxiliary devices. Commonly used are valve positioner and handwheel mechanism. The function of valve positioner is to use the feedback principle to improve the performance of the actuator, so that the actuator can achieve accurate positioning according to the control signal of the controller. The function of handwheel mechanism is when the control system due to power failure, gas stop, controller no output or actuator failure, the use of it can directly operate the control valve, in order to maintain the normal production.
Pneumatic device is mainly composed of cylinder, piston, gear shaft, end cover, seals, screws, etc. The complete set of pneumatic devices shall also include opening indication, travel limit, solenoid valve, positioner, pneumatic components, manual mechanism, signal feedback and other components.
